Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. We do not rush what is meant to be done well — but we do move with urgency where it matters.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $75

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Region

ORAVÉL currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is in development. For updates, follow @oravelofficial.

Tracking

Once shipped, your order will include a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, contact us at hello@oravel.com.

Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 5 business days at hello@oravel.com so we can assist.

ORAVÉL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or external disruptions.

Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we do not accept standard returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Opened Products

If you have opened a product and have concerns, contact us directly at hello@oravel.com.

We handle these situations case-by-case — with fairness, not policy alone.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products (unless reviewed directly with us)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional bundles

Return Process

To initiate a return, email hello@oravel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@oravel.com with photos.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

Product Care Note

To preserve product integrity:

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Avoid direct sunlight

  • Do not store in high humidity environments (e.g., bathrooms)

Shelf life is 12 months after opening.
